The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room's architecture and decor were striking. The lobby had a high vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, a flowing water fountain, and inviting seating. The hotel staff was helpful, allowing us to unload our luggage under the canopy and keeping it safe in the lobby. Plus, we loved that the hotel was listed on Booking.com, making it easy to search, review, select, and reserve without switching apps.

The service provided there was EXCELLENT. The room was pet-friendly with with sofa bed, the bathroom, beverages, had good night sleep. Exceptionally kind staff, gave a lot of information. The hotel had indeed a good location to nearby casino.

The hotel is just a short walk to the restaurant, downtown area, and the river. We enjoyed the good breakfasts served at the hotel. There is a nice bar on-site. The local staff was amazing and awesome.

I was impressed with Best Western hotel for its spacious and comfortable rooms. I loved the clean floors, the cozy duvet cover, and the environmentally friendly atmosphere. The hotel also provided enough toiletries for multiple showers and had a delicious breakfast. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
